Cleaver Fuck- Live @ All Asia 11/6/07

Cleaver Fuck was short lived free jazz trio/slob squad Davindar Singh (baritone sax), Andrew Morehart (drums) and Anthony Morley (guitar). This is their one and only show as Cleaver Fuck and it marks Andy crashing a uhaul van into a very nice car in a parking garage. Thanks $10 uhaul insurance plan!

ShamWow: Synthy Drones To Shake Yr. Bones (2008)

Another one from Athens, Ohio. This one from ShamWow titled "Synthy Drones To Shake Yr. Bones. Beastly ebb and flow of washy and treble-fucked madness.

"Fat slabs of drone, harsh feedback, percussion, babbling and samples comprise this mixtape of ShamWow jamz that haven't made it yet."

Donner Party Dinner Party- Live at the Frog Bog (Athens)

Donner Party Dinner Party is yet another emerging band from the exploding  Athens, Ohio music scene. The band consists of Ty Owen and Brian Jackson. This is a recording from a party house in Athens, Ohio called the Frog Bog.

DPDP has been descried as:

"assaulting Athens audiences in recent months with their blend of synths, drum machines, movie samples and screaming. This is a pristine release that captures their live sound, recorded at The Frog Bog, an Athens party house. Think Aphex Twin + Bong Ra + Cock ESP + Gang Gang Dance."

-Aaron Vilk

Track two is my personal favorite from the performance. Reminds of me of Xiu Xiu circa Knife Play.
