Sacred Harp: Green Alum Springs (2007)

Genre: Folk/Noise

From the warm Southern ethereal hills of Fredericksburg, Virginia comes a beautiful concoction of acoustic strings and white noise. If you are in the mood to drive along the east coast with a cigarette hanging from your mouth while brooding over the nostalgia that haunts you from day to day, then behold Sacred Harp. This addition from these two gentlemen fuses banjos, the commander and chief, acoustic guitars, tapes, a television attached to your brain flipping channels without your command, and well... You get the point.
Check it out.
